We want you to be confident in what you're buying. Here's how refunds work for PrecisionPrep courses.

Eligibility

You may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase date, provided:

- You have accessed less than 20% of the course content (including practice questions and quizzes), and

- You have not already requested a refund for the same course previously.

This limit exists so that refunds remain available for genuine cases, while preventing the study material and practice question banks from being consumed in full and then returned.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with your order number (or the email address used at purchase) and the course name. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

Processing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and can take up to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Exceptions

- Purchases made more than 14 days ago are not eligible for refund.

- Courses accessed beyond the 20% threshold are not eligible for refund, except where required by applicable consumer protection law.

- Bundle or multi-course purchases are refunded proportionally based on the above criteria applied to each course in the bundle.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable Canadian or provincial consumer protection law.
